Elbows
Where segmented bend cladding cannot be used, in most cases we can supply a rolled, swaged and bundled “1-plus-2” bend. Click here for image of “1-plus-2” bend. If a “1-plus-2” bend cannot be used, we can manufacture elbows to suit.
Bends
All our bends are provided in segments which can be fitted together on site. The number of segments will vary according to the O/D and insulation thickness. Please advise us of your specific requirements when ordering.
End Caps
Our end caps and end cones can be custom made to suit your individual needs. Made in one or two parts and manufactured as a ball-swaged disc or cone.
Flange
Two piece flange boxes can be made up to customer’s requirements. Alternatively, we can supply a cladding solution with two end cones and a short muff as a more economical option.
Ducting
Ducting can be supplied in standard 1200mm lengths or multiples of 1200mm or to any length specified. Ductings can be flanged or slip joints can be supplied as well.
Muffs
MUFFS: We can supply muffs in various standard lengths of 1000mm, 1225mm or 1250mm or we can cut to size. Bigger muff sizes can be supplied 1225mm long to reduce offcut wastage. On bigger orders with multiple sizes, we can also use the offcuts from bigger muffs etc. to cut smaller muffs or bends, etc. thereby saving the customer money.
Flat Sheets
We also cut and supply flat sheeting for large diameter tanks and flat tanks. Cover plates and covers can also be made to order.
Tee Pieces
Tee-pieces can be supplied as just the male or female part or both if required.
Valve Boxes
A two piece valve box can be supplied on presentation of all sizes required. Contact us for what sizes are needed to manufacture this box.
